About Virginia Heritage Audio LLC
Vision
A nation where more Americans walk the ground where their country was made, and come away understanding not just how it began, but where they stand in that story.
Mission
Virginia Heritage Audio creates immersive, GPS-triggered walking tours that tell the full, honestly documented story of the places where America was founded and remade, so every listener leaves knowing these towns, and their own place in the American story, more completely.
Principles
Integrity
Document, don't editorialize. Every fact sourced.
Candor
The founding and the reckoning both, told straight. Nothing smoothed over, nothing overclaimed.
Personal Insight
A neighbor's voice, not a recording. Lived-in narration that makes history feel like it happened to someone you know.
Accessibility
History available to anyone with a phone or web browser, regardless of budget, mobility, or geography.
Stewardship
VHA is a steward, not an owner, of these communities' histories. Each site tour commits a defined share of its net profit to a local partner organization sustaining the people and institutions still telling it, retelling it, and living it forward.
